3. Role of Travel with Rad LLC
We act solely as a travel agent and tour operator, facilitating bookings with third-party travel service providers (e.g., airlines, hotels, cruise lines, car rental companies). We do not own, operate, or control these providers.

Seat assignments are controlled by the airline. Group bookings are for economy class only.
4.4 Frequent Flyer Programs
Mileage accrual is governed solely by the policies of the respective airline. Not all fare types are eligible for frequent flyer miles, and eligibility may vary based on fare class, promotional rates, or code-share agreements.
If you wish to earn frequent flyer miles, you must provide your frequent flyer number prior to ticket issuance. If the number is not provided in time, it is your sole responsibility to add it directly with the airline. Travel with Rad LLC is not responsible for mileage eligibility, accrual, or retroactive credit requests.

In light of the global COVID-19 pandemic, Travel with Rad LLC is committed to providing transparency and safety guidance to all travelers. By booking travel services through us, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
11.1 Acknowledgment of Risk
- COVID-19 is a highly contagious virus that can be transmitted through person-to-person contact, airborne particles, and contaminated surfaces.
- The World Health Organization (WHO) declared COVID-19 a global pandemic in March 2020. The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) continues to issue guidelines to mitigate the spread of the virus, including mask-wearing, social distancing, and frequent handwashing.

- You are responsible for understanding and complying with all COVID-19-related travel requirements for each destination on your itinerary, including:
- Entry restrictions
- Testing requirements
- Vaccination mandates
- Quarantine protocols
- You are also responsible for complying with the COVID-19 policies of all airlines, hotels, cruise lines, and other service providers involved in your travel.
- Failure to comply with these requirements may result in denied boarding, denied entry, quarantine, or additional expenses, for which Travel with Rad LLC is not liable.
11.3 Supplier Policies
- Travel with Rad LLC has made reasonable efforts to inform you of the COVID-19 safety policies of our suppliers if provided one.
- These policies are created and enforced by the suppliers themselves and may change without notice.
- We are not responsible for the enforcement or effectiveness of these policies, nor for the actions of other travelers who may not comply.
11.4 Health Screening and Quarantine
- You may be subject to health screenings, temperature checks, or COVID-19 testing before, during, or after travel.
- You may be required to quarantine at your destination or upon return, either voluntarily or by government mandate.
- Any costs associated with testing, quarantine, or medical care are your sole responsibility.
11.5 Assumption of Risk and Waiver
With full awareness and appreciation of the risks involved, you, on behalf of yourself and your traveling companions, heirs, estate, and assigns, voluntarily assume all risks related to COVID-19 exposure and travel. You agree to:
- Waive, release, and discharge Travel with Rad LLC, its officers, employees, agents, contractors, and affiliates (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action arising from or related to COVID-19.
- Indemnify and hold harmless the Released Parties from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including attorney’s fees) arising from your travel or use of services, including those related to COVID-19 exposure, illness, or death.
11.6 Travel Insurance Recommendation
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance that includes coverage for COVID-19-related disruptions, including trip cancellation, medical treatment, and quarantine expenses. Travel with Rad LLC is not responsible for losses incurred due to lack of insurance coverage.
